Pelang Merah Indonesia Daerah Bali invite us to do a detailed feasibility study with regards to the centralized screening, processing and management of blood and blood products for the eight hospitals in Bali, as well as the possibility of extending the control and monitoring to the stage of storage and transfusions in the hospitals concerned.

The objective is to determine how feasible it will be to establish an effective, safe, and comprehensive infrastructure for the centralized screening of blood donations in Bali, which includes the requirements for the collection, storage, and management of blood and blood products for distribution to the eight key hospitals of Bali, and also the feasibility of implementing transfusion tracking at each of the hospitals.
